The Atlanta Hawks and QuikTrip brought Rhymes with Reason to their 2024 Community Court Tour to connect physical and academic development. Students at Ron Anderson Recreation Center and Bessie Branham Park Recreation Center could use the program and earn exclusive Hawks prizes.
The program launched June 11, 2024. The current partnership page reports 86 students impacted that summer and weekly prizes for performance. The cohort exceeded a 70% quiz-proficiency goal; three students learned more than 100 new terms within three weeks.

Rhymes with Reason is an educational technology program utilized in over 300 schools across the country. We make a difference alongside high profile organizations including Chance the Rapper’s SocialWorks, The Los Angeles Chargers Impact Fund, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Kaiser Permanente, The City of Detroit’s Grow Detroit Young Talent and San Diego’s Founders First Capital Partners CDC.
The program’s music-powered approach to closing the vocabulary and reading gap serves as a refreshing learning experience for youth in grades 2 through 12.
